Q: What do I do if I can't locate or lost one of my 5 authorized computers

I am trying to sync purchases and can't because I have 5 authorized devices already. I lost one of the devices and can't de-authorize it?

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Use the Deauthorize All command documented in this article, or if it isn't an option, the 'contact iTunes Store support' link at the bottom of it.
