C programming - Xcode vs Clion vs ... ?

Hello all,

I'm going to start c programming on my MBP and was wondering which software I should used for this? If anyone has ever had experience with either listed in the title or more, please share your experience/opinion.
I'm used to using Vim to program in C, so even something like Atom will do as long as I can get some info or personal thoughts on some of these editors/IDE.
