keyboard shortcut to switch windows across desktops

So we have a keyboard shortcut to toggle between apps, 'command-tab' and we have a keyboard shortcut to toggle between windows of an app 'command-`' , but I don't see a way to toggle between windows across multiple Desktops using the keyboard.

Is there a way, through a keyboard shortcut, to toggle across windows of the same app across all Desktops that have the app window either maximized (full screen) or floating?
