iTunes video says connect to wifi to watch a movie while im connected to wifi Help please?

i Got a free digital download of jurassic world with my blu Ray and got it on iTunes well while i can watch other movies without downloading them on wifi when I try to watch Jurassic world it tells me I need to connect to wifi to watch but I'm on wifi.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.1
