How I can remove black bands in iPad video play?

Hi!

I have and iPad Mini 4 and have a "problem"

Sometimes I view any videos from internet with safari or youtube app.

All videos, appear with black bands and is very annoying. Sometimes, In player app, can to "zoom" this videos, but problem is that the videos are longer and disappears images side because player app don´t respect aspect ration I suppose...

any solution for this?
