How do I uninstall iTunes on my MacPro? Is it possible to do so?

Not possible as iTunes must be installed to work with other pre installed applications.
Why do you want to uninstall it?
I want to uninstall it because because I am trying to use a third party CD burner to make audio CD's. The CD's that I have burned on this MacPro 10.10.5 will only play on this Mac and no other device. i have tried to use a file converter for these unusable CD's. I believe that iTunes is interfering with my third party app,Thanks.
