Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
I see that you're unable to get past the Apple ID login screen when purchasing an app on your iPhone. To start troubleshooting this issue, I suggest that you sign out of iTunes and the App Store, and then sign back in.
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID.

- Tap Sign Out.
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
- Enter your Apple ID and password, then tap Sign In.
