I updated my Mac Air to El Capitan today.
I was very satisfied with the function to sort my notes by created time, but I couldn't find that option after update.
Is this function deleted on this version?
I use so many notes and eager for this function.
MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), 2013 Mid type
Notes does not have any options to sort. It sorts by most recent to least recent with no option to change that.
I used Maverick(10.8.5) last before updating to El Capitan.
And there was an option to arrange my notes in order of creation time instead of modification time on Maverick.
Just I wonder whether the function has been removed after Maverick version.
If yes, I will downgrade my Mac OS.

It is currently not in the El Capitan version. It was rewritten to provide improved notes, so some things may have been left out temporarily, but none of us here would know.
The 10.11.4 update allows sorting Notes by Date Edited, Created, or byTitle.
