Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you are no longer seeing the zoom in or zoom out animation when you open or close apps on your iPhone. From your description it sounds like Reduce Motion may be enabled on your iPhone.
The following article give a description of the Reduce Motion setting and explains where to navigate to turn it on or off.

Great thanks for your reply!!!
Joe I knew it before and I tried it about two days ago. It was one of guesses that maybe it's all because of the reduce motion is on, but
unfortunately I was wrong. The reduce motion was off and when I turned it on and off nothing's changed. I think it's kind of bug!!! Why???
because I just found that two of my friends have the same problem too!!! As I said if I restart my phone it works perfectly for about one week
and then it turns to its current state!!! Does it have any solution Joe or I have to stay till next updat??? ( One of my friends has iPhone 6 16GB
and the other iPhone 6 64GB)

Nov 14, 2015 12:13 PM in response to ShayanN.by joe_7399,Hello again ShayanN.,
Thanks for replying with this information. Because you have already tested Reduce Motion and the issue continues, I would suggest reinstalling the operation system on your iPhone, especially since you noticed this happening after an iOS update.
Reinstalling the iOS should not affect any of your data, but it is always best practice to make sure you have a current backup either on iCloud or iTunes on your computer.
How to back up your devices using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support
To reinstall the operating system on your iPhone, follow the steps outlined from the following article.
- Connect your device to a computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, you can borrow one, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.
- While your device is connected, force it to restart. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until you see the Recovery mode screen.

- When you get the option to restore or update, choose Update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

iTunes will download the software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit recovery mode and you'll need to repeat steps 2 and 3 again.

Nov 15, 2015 9:49 AM in response to joe_7399by ShayanN.,Hello again joe_7399,
I will keep you posted as soon as I do your instruction, but before that
I wanted to ask something...!!!?
I have 138 applications. Is there any possibility that one of the reasons
of my issue is that some applications are not compatible with my OS, so
they cause such issue???
Have a great day!!!
