I understand that when you go into full screen while using a certain application on a second display, that display begins to flicker. Have you isolated the second display issue down to the League of Legends application?
If this happens with multiple applications, I would suggest working through the steps located in the If the display image is blank or unusable section from the following article. These steps can also help if the image on the display flickers.

Thank you for your replay, But the article did not do anything for me, since all of it is just standard stuff. I did not had the problem before the update. I will test it, if there is any other application, that causes the problem. StarCraft does not cause it, but the app got some different window modes ...
