I understand that you are having some issues with an album you’ve preordered. The first step I would like to suggest is that you check your iTunes Store purchase history to make sure that you absolutely purchased the album:

If the item is in your purchase history, and you are still having issues with it, then you may wish to report a problem with the item to the iTunes Store:
