Q: Can't install apple mobile device service on windows 7 64-bit
So I got this problem since I updated my itunes several months ago
Since then my iphone/ipad can't be detected by the itunes because the apple mobile device service is not installed correctly (it ask me to reinstall the itunes)
I've tried so many ways but none of it works please help me!
Already tried from :
- Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support ( I already re-installed more than 10 times but it still wont work, of course I've already make sure that i uninstall all the apple related software before re-installing)
- https://randomwindowstips.wordpress.com/2009/12/08/windows-7-itunes-9-software-i s-not-installed/ (tried using this trick and install itunes 12.1.1 but still wont work, stuck at step 7)
- iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support (my apple device is listed under portable devices, i try updating it by browsing to the driver file but it failed, it said there's no driver selected for the device information set or element)
- about to try to restart the apple mobile device service from 'services.msc' but i can't find it
- tried the CopyTrans software to install only the ios driver but still failed
is there any other way? please help
