Q: iPhone 5, iOS 9.1, Receiver.

So.. I have this iPhone 5 that my father bought me from a 2nd hand shop. Everything seems to be working fine except the receiver (default use for calling purposes). When I asked them about it, they said, that the previous owner told them that it works fine before he updated to iOS 9.0. The store owner also added maybe it's a hardware issue, which got us convinced to go let someone check on it. So we let a trusted repairman of my dad's to check on it, and the guy told us there's nothing wrong with it, the receiver, the flex wire is working fine (He tested it on a different iPhone 5), he then told us that maybe it's the software issue. So... I've waited to update my software and the problem still resists, even after updating to iOS 9.1, it's still the same, can't work when I want to use it to call someone, so every time someone calls me or when I want to call someone I need to use the phone's speaker and it gets annoying as people will look at me....

Any ideas? on how to get it fixed? Anyone had the same issue and resolved it somehow? Please help .
