Q: After migration to Photos, can you delete Iphoto Library?

Photos Library is 135.23 GB and iPhoto Library (migrated) is 135.75 GB. I am looking into this because I got an error message saying I dont have enough space for apps anymore (paraphrasing).

Yes, but it won't free up nearly as much space as it appears it will, and prevents you from using it in iPhoto again. Look for other files to delete, or put both libraries on an external drive.
