Q: Transfer Notes from old iPhone 4s to new 5S.

Hi. How can I transfer Notes from an old 4S to a new 5S. The new 5S is already set up. And the old 4S Notes were not synced to the cloud. There are many notes so Air share would be very tedious. I do have a backup of the old phone on the iMac.
