Q: What can I do to keep all my phone data including game progress if I want to move my account from an iPhone5S to 6 and above?

I really need to keep a game profile that I have been playing on since the last 3 years and now I'm deciding to switch to a newer iPhone but I cannot find an easy and certain way of backing up my game account so that i can continue on the new iPhone.
