Q: Create family group and add first member fails

When I select Add Family Member type in the family member's iCloud ID (email address) I get a blank dialog box with a Go Back button as the only choice. The other member does not receive an invitation to join and does not appear in the family list. Cannot find the answer in Help. Any thoughts?

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Try signing out of your iCloud account and signing back in, then try again to add the individual.
