Whatever happened to, "It just works!"?

You have to be kidding! I clicked Switch to 200 GB for $2.99 a month> and got shuttled to this web page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/ht201318 This is befuddling rather than helpful. Whatever happened to "It just works!"?
