How do I reset the answers to the two security questions when I do not remember the answers to the 2 original security questions (I don't have a "rescue" email)?
I successfully logon to iCloud with my new iPhone 6S Plus, entering my ID and password. When I try to delete a device, I'm prompted to enter my ID and password (again, I just did so a few nanoseconds earlier). Then, I'm prompted to provide answers to two security questions. Oh joy!
I'm moderately frustrated.
IS there a phone number that I can call to speak with a human?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
