I have an iPhone 5c running on iOS 9.1 and an iPad 2 also running on 9.1. I need to know how to open zip files from my email. It says on iPad, "Safari can't download" or tries to download but nothing opens up. on my iPhone it says, "No preview available". How do I open the files?
