Get "Critcal_process_died" error when booting W10

Just installed W10 on a late 2013 Mac Pro (Running El Capitan) using boot camp. The install went fine, then restarted and arrived at a BSOD with the error: "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED"

I tried a reinstall and also tried to get into safe mode, but neither has any effect.

The W10 iso is Win10_1511_x64.iso

OS on the Mac is El Capitan

Computer is late 2013 Mac Pro

Nothing is plugged in except a usb keyboard and mouse and an hdmi monitor

Anyone have any ideas?

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), null

If you are using El Capitan, remove the current W10 installation and disable ELC SIP. You will need to boot into Command+R (Local Recovery) and run csrutil disable. Are you executing a clean install of W10 or an upgrade from W7/W8+?

You may also want to look at Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support . The BSOD at restart may indicate BC6 driver installation failures.

This is a fresh W10 installation.

I'm trying the ELC SIP disable now, but it seems that command is not recognized in my recovery mode. I read up on this and apparently I need a recovery partition or something (working through it now) Once I solve that problem I'll post the solution back here and let everyone know if the disable solved the Windows problem.
