How to retrieve forgotten admin credential

User uploaded fileHi,

I get prompted to enter my admin credential when creating a group.

I entered what I recall was the right credentials I had type for myself at first but it doesn't work.

I try changing the password and after completing this process the new password won't work.

What can I do to solve this hurdle ?

Can I reset this whole app as in starting it again as if just purchased ?

I have only tried learning to use it. Never made anything important yet.

Thank you !

I have so far used an app to delete associated files and suppressed the app.

Still after reinstalling there remains previous settings.

I really want to get a clean reinstall with nothing to start anew without any leftovers.

I don't know what else to do.

The server app still ask me to enter passwords that don't work because I have not saved them and this is my fault. I thought this would have been completely avoided because of the new install where I'd have to create my new users from scratch

Really frustrating.

I think, if I am reading the picture correctly, you want the credentials for changing the Directory Admin (diradmin if you used the default when setting up the server) account. This is different than your admin account, created when you set up the computer. If you have an admin account on the server, you can change the Directory Administrator following these steps:
