Q: Face Time ring tone for iPod touch 6 Not working

My volume is all the way up. My mute button is unmuted. My FaceTime acess button is on. Even my sounds are all on. Whenever someone face times me I never get a ring tone or any sound, I only get an alert on my screen. I checked my restrictions too and there was nothing about sound restrictions or FaceTime. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Or is this setting not included on the I pod touch six?

Hey there katiecatt,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

From what I gather, you aren't able to hear the alert tone when receiving a FaceTime call on your iPod touch.
