Still the same problem. Nothing problem on my touch screen. it' works perfectly. My "phone" application also opening. But sometimes unable to dial the keypad and contacts. Always should want to restart my device. Then it is working for few times. I'm pretty sure about the touch screen. It's working perfectly.

If you haven't already, you can try restoring your iPhone 6 Plus as described here:
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
