Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to use a different Apple ID but it thinks you are creating a new one. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for your reply. Let me try to explain a little better now that I'm not in a hurry.
I changed the email address which is the apple ID on the same account , I did not create a separate account.
So when I tried to revert back , basically change the ID back to the old mail so I can access my apps it won't let me . It keeps saying ID is taken.
So now I can't get my apps, and I can't change my ID back to get them .
