Q: El Capitan bootcamp with Windows 10 on Fusion drive
I'm having the issue on trying to install windows 10 on a 2015 iMac with bootcamp assistant - OSX el capitan.
Everything works fine until the windows installer asks me to choose the bootcamp partition, which i do (bootcamp in name), I format it using the format button, which i do... then get the message "we couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one" over and over again when I choose the new formatted bootcamp partition. I know its the right partition because it has the allocated space being consistent. I remember this happening before, but unsure how I got around it.
Is this an issue to do with permissions? Is it to do with the fusion drive?
This was using a downloaded iso of windows 10, and going through the right steps with bootcamp.
Thank you for any assistance.

HAve you tried removing all other USB devices beforehand? this simple task was the issue all along for me.
i had other HD's and flash drives plugged in for the format disk stage, which obviously screwed up the process.
leave just your mouse in the usb slots for install.
