Q: How do I make an appointment at my local Apple Store?

I just got a new iPhone 5s and I am having trouble backing up the data from my old iPhone 4s onto my my new phone, so I was hoping to make am appointment at my local Apple Store for some help. How do I make an appointment?

appointments are done here, but apple store does not do that kind of stuff
