From both my Mac (macbook pro and macbookair), my Lacie cloudbox which was working well before (and still does from my windows PC) is not recognized anymore. In Lacie NEtwork assistant , I get the message "device might not be fully supported".
I have the last version of Lacie Network assistant
I just tried to upgrade to El Capitan but the cloudbox problem remains the same

Finally , the LaCie helpdesk told me that the Lacie netwrok assistant is not working anymore with Mac OS (waitng for a fix) but we can still access via smb or cifs with the proper IP of the cloudbox in my network (see below...in french)

Procédure en utilisant le commande CIFS , SMB ou AFP. Ce sont la trois protocole que vous pouvez utiliser un a la fois pour verifier la connexion. Merci de suivre les differentes illustrations comme exemples.
