help, iphone 5 error 4005

Hello. I tried restoring my iPhone 5 on iTunes and downloaded iOS 9.1(GSM) and tried restoring it, but it gave me an error 4005 error, and now I'm stuck at the Connect to iTunes screen. I tried restoring it using the IPSW but the Connect to iTunes screen keeps dissappearing, not letting me restore, and I really need help. I can't go to an Apple store at this time for help, so I'd honestly appreciate it if I got help. Thank you, Jake,
