Is there a way to do a Master Reset to my iphone 5s if the screen wont work?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.1

Like. the same thing happened to mine.except it was after an update of ios9. and now it doesnt come on well it lights up and stays a little dim? ish? and then when i plugged it in it came on and off so i called apple they said they would help. and send a package but ive never gotten it, and now i plugged it in again and now im computer doesnt accept it says (code 43) doesnt recognize this device. told me to contact the device manufacturer 😟 ...

The Master reset/ Master reboot would be to hold down the sleep/wake button AND the home button for 15 seconds. The phone would then vibrate and reboot itself. If you see an Apple Logo, very good. If not, you might want to try to restore it via recovery mode?

The last procedure would be to replace your display screen directly at Apple.

Try putting your device on recovery mode and restore it from there. How? Here:

What I like about this solution even though it erases your entire phone (Hope you have a backup), it might find you some other issues elsewhere in your device. For example, if you display screen turns blue during the process, there is a problem elsewhere.
