No Theme is created

iiPad air and latest version of imovie

starting a new PROJECT film

mark a Theme and Save

THe Theme will not be created

clicking the setup button swows

different filters and Theme

but clicking on a Theme makes no difference

if i select Theme music it is created on the

timeline.

i Have deleted the app and reinstalled from

appstore

any ideas how to get the Themes to work?
