Itunes Podcast Submission

I am having no luck submitting a new podcast to iTunes. The feed validates, I can subscribe to it in my iTunes app, and Libsyn says everything is correct in my RSS feed.

When I try to submit it to iTunes, it goes through the steps and the thank you page comes up. I do not get an email confirming that it has been submitted and I can go back in and submit my feed again without it coming up an error that it has already been submitted.

I sent a ticket to support but it has been 5 days and I have heard nothing back. I would really like to get my podcast on iTunes. Any help is appreciated.

The fact that you don't get the 'already submitted' error when you submit it again suggest that something is wrong. It may just be one of these interesting glitches and if so will probably sort itself out eventually. The feed appears to be OK.

I should try again after the weekend. If it still doesn't work, you could try contact Support though I can't promise you will get a helpful answer. Go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and click the disclosure triangle at the right of the 'Choose a topic' field - choose 'Submission enquiry' and proceed from there. (The old 'podcasts@apple.com' address no longer works.)

Thank you Roger. I did submit a ticket to support already and have heard nothing back. Tried submitting the feed again today in iTunes with the same result.

I am really not sure where to go at this time to get my podcast submitted.

I'm afraid I can't offer any advice except to keep hammering at Support. In extremis you could actually write to Apple at the address in the page reached from the 'Contact Us' link at bottom right of this page and indicate your displeasure.

Go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and click the disclosure triangle at the right of the 'Choose a topic' field - choose an appropriate topic and proceed from there.

Hello I sent in a RSS Feed/Podcast for submission over week ago and still not searchable in iTunes

I checked the feed and it is working with no issues.

I submitted a request through Zendesk....and received no response..

Can you please help in finding out what takes so long for an episode t be available?

It can take at least two weeks for a new podcast to appear in the Store after submission, and the Search often takes even longer. When you initially submitted you should have received an acknowledgement email; when accepted you should get an email giving you the URL of your iTunes Store page. If you didn't get an email, check your spam filter.
