With iTunes 12.3.1 I can no longer access all of my recently played radio stations. When I click on Recently Played, a spinning wheel appears and I am unable to play any stations at all. How can I access the music I saved?I am running El Capitan 10.11.1 on an iMac.

I am having the same issue, Not on any beta version of OS X El Capitan either
I have tried holding Shift while opening iTunes and signing out and signing back into everything
The same thing happens on my other mac as well so it has to be something with the iTunes it'self. This is a major issue that needs to be fixed. I won't be forced. To listen to what only iTunes recommends

Same here ... can't get to my radio stations. However, they still show up on my AppleTV so it must be an iTunes issue ;-(

Same issue here - been happening for a while now...
Same thing here on one machine running the public release of El Capitan and one running the beta for 10.11.2.
So, for my $10 a month I get a service that is missing one of the primary functions I use? Any other company would give a refund for broken services.
I think I'll call Apple and see what gives.
The problem seems to have been solved with the latest security update (2015-005 for Yosemite in my case).
The issue has been resolved in the latest OS updates
