Group contact button missing on iPhone 5s iOS 9 .1

My group contact button is missing under contacts on my iPhone 5s. Currently where the button should be showing a circular arrow going to the left almost like a refresh button. How do I get the group contact button back on my phone?User uploaded file

Hi iibarragan,

I understand that, instead of the Groups button, you're only seeing a refresh button in Contacts. The Groups button will only appear if you have more than one source of contacts (such as two iCloud accounts, or an iCloud account as well as a Google account).

Show or hide a group. Tap Groups, then select the groups you want to see. This button appears only if you have more than one source of contacts.

If you do have multiple sources set up on your iPhone, force closing the Contacts app and reopening it can get the Groups button to appear.

I have created separate contact groups in my daughter's iCloud account (which is her only contacts source), but the groups don't push to or appear on her iPhone 6S (iOS 9.2). (To get new groups to appear on my iPhone 5 (iOS 8.4.1), I simply click on the Groups button and check the new groups, but I have several contacts sources.) Because she only has one source of contacts, and as a result no groups button appears (only the circular arrow), how do I get multiple groups created in that single source - iCloud - to push to her phone and appear?
