Why does it seem as if my iPad Mini is being controlled by someone else?

This only started happening yesterday, but when i am in apps, buttons just start being clicked and apps will open and i haven't touched it.. I started reading online and people say that this happens because of jailbreaking, but I know for sure it is not jailbroken, I've never done anything like that. I have it passcode protected and I reset the settings yesterday night but it didn't seem to work. I'm not sure if this will have an effect, but I recently cracked it on Thursday and am waiting to get it fixed. Please get back to me soon, as its kinda scary to think that someone could be on the other side
