Nov 16, 2015 12:17 AM in response to beso0o0by swandy,★HelpfulA bit more info might help. What is the "handsfree" that you are trying to connect your iPhone to? And "different handsfree" have you tried to connect - and were you successful connecting those devices to your iPhone or to whatever device you are trying to connect your iPhone to. Your question is a bit confusing.

Nov 16, 2015 9:35 AM in response to beso0o0by swandy,Do you have Bluetooth turned ON in Settings/Bluetooth, because that would prevent the device and the iPhone from seeing each other?
By other handsfree - you mean that other headsets also don't work with your iPhone? Again, is Bluetooth turned ON in settings?

I was confused because usually the expression "handsfree" is used about wireless handsets - not a wired one.
Anyway, if you are saying that no wired headsets work with your iPhone (assuming that they are iPhone COMPATIBLE because there are a lot that aren't and the buttons/mic won't work properly), then perhaps something is wrong with the headphone jack on your iPhone.
