Q: i am not able to transfer or pair bluetooth from apple to android

The iPhone is not designed to Bluetooth pair with another computer or phone or to do file transfers via Bluetooth (although AirDrop involves both Bluetooth and wi-fi for wireless transfers to other Apple devices).
