Need to add my MAC address to my ISP account to connect my Apple TV to wifi to complete the setup. Where can I find the MAC address?
Other than the setting on my apply tv where can I find the MAC addres?

The MAC address is not printed on the device or the product packaging. It can only be found in the network settings.
Just out or curiosity, and because I haven't tested it myself: Are you sure you need an Internet connection to finish the initial setup?
If you can't access the network settings on the device it would be easiest to connect it to another, more open network, and finish setting it up there.
Other options would be much more complicated:
- scan your local network traffic and try to find data packages that your Apple TV is broadcasting
- if you have your own DHCP server running, you could check your Apple TV's registration with it
- some configurable network switches allow their users to access their MAC address table
Or call Apple support. They might me able to find out your MAC address if you give them your Apple TV's serial number.
I remember years back that some DSL internet providers would require MAC registrations for devices so they could manage what you were connecting or charge you more for additional devices. That an ISP would still be requiring MAC registrations in 2015 is pretty annoying considering all the wifi devices a typical home has these days.
If this really is the case you might want to find a better ISP 😝 Failing that your ATV's MAC should be visible under Settings - Network - Wi-Fi Address. If you can't get into the ATV then as suggested try and find another wifi to set it up under such as an iPhone hotspot or a friends house.
Here's an off-the-wall suggestion - I can't practicably try it out but it might be worth a go. On your Mac go to System Preferences>Sharing and check 'Internet Sharing' Select either Wifi or Ethernet - the latter would be simpler - and connect the ATV to the Mac. (I'm not sure how you set it up if it's wifi but there will be instructions in the Help). Then the ATV will be getting its internet connection from the Mac and you should be able to set it up enough to get at the Mac address. I can't make any promises this will work (though I did once connect an iMac - which was out of reach of the wired network and had no wifi - by ethernet to a laptop in order to de-authorize it in iTunes and that worked) but you have nothing to lose by trying (please do tell us if it works as others would find it useful).
Note by the way that there will presumably be two MAC addresses - one for ethernet and one for wifi.
