IOS 9.1 Bootloop after changing date to 1970??

I changed the date of my ipad mini 2 (ios9.1) to 1970, the minimum date, just because i was bored but now when I turned it off and turned it back on again so changes would take affect. It is stuck on booting. I try restoring it, it goes back to boot loop, i try restoring with a ispw file and looks good till it goes back to a new loading bar and itunes says it timed out?? My ipad is now getting really hot also.
