Everytime I try to get into the "My Photo Stream" location on my laptop I get this screen. This has only started happening recently. I'd like to be able to access my iphone photos/videos from my laptop like I used to.

I tried that link, it addresses some similar issues but not my specific problem. I've actually been able to find another (fairly easy) way to access my iphone photos on my pc. My main problem is that I can't locate any videos I take on my iphone on my pc now. I know they're probably uploaded, I just can't seem to find them now that I can't get into photostream.

Attempted it. I've found an easy way to find my photos on my pc. The issue has honestly just boiled down to me not being able to find where my iphone videos are on my pc. I know they're probably on there and I'm going to do some more research to find them. Thanks for your help though.
As far as I remember, Windows stores files like these in some kind of media folder by default.
Maybe a search for all movie files ( *.MOV ) can help.
I was actually able to find them. They were hiding in a folder inside a folder. Thank you!
