Q: Extending iTunes Authorization Limit
Today i wanted to play my Music on alot of my computers i have more than 5 computers and i ask them to remove them so i can authorize more and i ask can they extend it but then they told me yes they will change the limit to 10 and they told me they are going to email me the instructions umm after the support i didn't receive it and i was on hold for 20 minutes they told me they did it but when i check nope *** is this what apple does to there customers tell them lies and put them away like a chip
I Believe if you paid for it you should be allow to use it on all your devices but this is crap because i ask for a service they didn't provide me properly
This happended to be 3 times
1st They Locked my Account i call and ask for the problem to be fixed i called them alot of times and a few months later then it was fixed
2nd I ask for service since the iOS 8 update * up my device they said they will take mine and sell me a brand new iPad What the!
3rd Providing me Service That they didn't do
Apple hit me at the 3rd Strike you are making a customer very unsatisfied
You guys don't hate on me but without any loyal customers Apple will be nothing
