I am trying to download my pictures from my iphone 6 to my Dell PC. I have almost 4,000 pics on my phone. The first time I tried it, it downloaded 329 pics. I tried it again to download the rest, but I get a message saying it has found no new pictures. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems the photos are not being downloaded to the computer from the iPhone. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
