Magic Mouse 2 won't connect with MacBook Pro (mid 2012)

Hi,

I bought a magic mouse 2 last week, it didn't connect automatically, so i had to connect it via the system preferences menu, and then it worked, already not how it is supposed to work, but ok. but now, this morning it does't connect at all.

Mouse is 94% loaded, and turned on. Bluetooth on MacBook is turned on too, so I don't understand what is going wrong.

In the Mouse menu, it keeps searching, and says that there is no mouse found.

In the Bluetooth menu, it is listed as device, but not connected.

Payed €90 for a mouse, hope that it will works soon because this ***** 😟 , who can help me?

I recently was ripping out my hair with a similar problem. My Magic Mouse 2 paired with my late 2009 27" iMac, which had worked fine before, would suddenly not work at all with the iMac. I also have a wireless keyboard which continued to work fine. And plugging in a USB mouse worked fine. In the end, the problem was that my son had paired my Magic Mouse 2 to our family MacBook Pro. It seems that when another Mac has control over your mouse, you won't be able to regain control of it on another Mac until you open the Bluetooth Preferences and "Disconnect" on the computer with which you do not want to use the mouse. That solved my problem completely.

Hi, I am looking for solution.

I have a Macbook Pro 2011 running OS X EI Capitan.

Just bought a magic mouse 2 but I can't pair the devices up.

It didn't even show up at the bluetooth list.

I plugged in the mouse cable > system preference > mouse

Mouse is on, green can be seen.

Mouse battery level is also appeared.

But I just cant pair them.
