Q: The configuration has last more than half an hour. Is it normal? Or what do I do?

I had bought a MacBook Pro. And I do all the steps for the configuration. But I'm still waiting it to finished, and has lasted more than half an hour. I don't know if it is normal, or is lasting to much. What do I do?
