Hello I sent in a RSS Feed/Podcast for submission over week ago and still not searchable in iTunes
I checked the feed and it is working with no issues.
I submitted a request through Zendesk....and received no response..
Can you please help in finding out what takes so long for an episode t be available?

It can take two weeks, sometimes quite a bit more, for a podcast to be accepted once submitted. You should have received an email when you submitted it, acknowledging the submission; when it's accepted you will get an email saying so and giving you the URL of your iTunes Store page. Once it's up there it will probably take some days before it will appear in Search results.
