When I go to try new cloud backup with iphone6 - power is connected, phone is on lock, wifi is connected to my glass fibrehood at 20Mbs. Message comes back "your backup has not been completed" after trying for about 10-15 mins each time. in Itunes under latest backups - it says "your iphone has never been backed up to icloud.

Go to settings iCloud back up now click on that
This is because the apple servers are busy just try this a few times
During the day a then it will work.
I ,ve had the same problem on iphone/iPad .
