If you're getting error 9 and 3014 when trying to restore your iPhone, then it indicates iTunes is unable to communicate with the servers necessary to restore. For troubleshooting this please follow the steps in the link below.

If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or ‘This device isn‘t eligible for the requested build‘ in iTunes
