Q: windows10 error 2343

Hi,

I upgraded my Windows 10 with the latest new version. After that I lost my iCloud calendars in Microsoft Outlook 2016.

I tried to deinstall icloud but get an error message, code 2343.

The entries in google aare not really helpful.

I think if I could deinstall icloud and reinstall it again it should work. But I'm stuck with this error.

Any ideas?

Same problem here, latest update to Win10 rendered icloud useless...with Outlook 2016, all i get when attempting to uninstall icloud or install 5.0 icloud is that same error code you experienced....

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

I see that you're trying to get Outlook 2016 to sync with iCloud for Windows. Currently iCloud for Windows does not support Outlook 2016, however an update is coming out soon which will add the compatibility. In the meantime you can use iCloud.com to access your iCloud Calendar, Contacts, and Mail. To learn more please take a look at the information below:

iCloud for Windows currently supports Outlook 2007 through Outlook 2013. Support for Outlook 2016 will be available in an updated release soon. If you use Outlook 2016, you can access iCloud Mail, Contacts, and Calendars on iCloud.com.

As to update my previous post I'd like to let you know that iCloud for Windows has been updated to include compatibility with Outlook 2016. To download it you can either use the Apple Software Update program, or download it from the website below.
