I joined apple support yesterday and received a helpful answer to the question I had which I was very grateful for, however when I went into my emails today I had over 150 emails in my inbox!!! How do I stop receiving all the queries & questions over my email site? There must be a box to click here somewhere saying : no mails.

You are right. You can change it in your account preferences. Click on your account name/ select preferences and uncheck:
