Sync to multiple devices over wifi

Hi there!

I am about to install Apple Music on my Samsung Galaxy (I currently use Spotify but want to be able to plug a device into my vehicle - no Bluetooth connection or 3.5mm Aux input but does have iPod dock) I assume any music I 'rent' will be available offline? I will also be purchasing an iPod touch which I am hopeful can contain the same music library as my Samsung and will sync over wifi to match what is on my PC and on my Samsung. I have read that you can only play one device at a time which isn't an issue.

In a nutshell;

- Samsung Galaxy S6 will be used mainly at work etc and will be the general source for adding music I like to playlists etc

- iPod Touch as a 'slave' in the car which will sync when on wifi to match what I've added on my PC or on the Samsung.

- is it possible?
